Well yesterday was a normal day until 11am when I received a call from Ty’s school saying he was in the clinic not feeling well. I jumped in the truck and went to pick him up. When I arrived he said he had an ear ache which was a signal for me to call the doctor. So I sat in the school parking lot and called the doc from my cell phone. Maria, who we’ve known for years, squeezed me in as soon as I could get there. Turns out he had a raging ear infection and it was good I took him in. I told Betsy (the doc) what I did to care for him yesterday and she said that was just what I should have done. So we ran an errand or two and then picked up his anti-biotic and headed home.<\/p>\n
Before this drama, our new bed was delivered and I had the sprinklers blown out so they wouldn’t freeze when it snows. After picking up Jagger we went to Costco for a few things and then headed home which pretty much sums up the rest of the day.<\/p>\n
Today I have a sales meeting at the distributor at 10am and then will rush home for an 11am conference call. This afternoon we’re headed to the mountains for a break as I need to let a contractor in tomorrow am to finish painting the door. It’s supposed to be nice for the next few days but fall is definitley here with winter nipping at its heels.<\/p>\n
