We landed safely at 7:30 am or 11:30pm Denver time. By the time we made it through Passport Control and picked up our rental car, it was about 9am. 3 hours later we were in front of the pool at our hotel 2 blocks from the beach. We lasted about 30 minutes before all heading upstairs to our rooms for a nap. It’s now 5;30pm here in Italy and we just showered and will be heading out for dinner soon.<\/p>\n
I think we all slept about 3 or 4 hours as we didn’t sleep much on the plane. Antonio has orderd up two special fresh fish, that were caught today and weigh about 2 kilos each. That means about 4.4 pounds per fish. We’ll walk down to the marina where he has his boat and then go to dinner. I was tired driving but not “fall asleep tired”, just eye burning tired..<\/p>\n
