It’s Sunday, Mother’s Day. I was reading the other day how on Mother’s Day there is 3 times the money spent on Mom’s than there is on dad’s on Father’s Day. In this day of political correctness, I’m shocked and hurt and need a safe place to go grieve, just kidding. Being serious, Mom’s deserve it. Being a dad, even I can say, I think Mom’s have it tougher, so go ahead and spoil them.<\/p>\n

Yesterday after haircuts in Denver and picking up Jag’s suit, we picked up some food and headed to my Mom’s. Tom and Ali joined us and they brought us a coffee maker they had but don’t use. Hooray! I cleaned it up last night and just made a cup of coffee for myself a few minutes ago, thanks again.<\/p>\n

When we arrived at my Mom’s, we opened a bottle of our new French Rose which is made in southern France where I’ll be this coming Wednesday. Ty was home hanging out at home all day as his friend’s Mom’s dryer went out so they didn’t end up getting together. We dropped Jag at Zach’s as we were headed down the pass and the boys went into town to a movie.<\/p>\n

This morning Lori and I are going to the gym and then taking a family hike up Meadow Mountain. Mojo is still limping from chasing the deer the other day so he’ll have to stay home. He thinks he’s much younger than he actually is, but then again, don’t we all!<\/p>\n

So Happy Mother’s Day to you mother’s, Grandma Dixie, Grandma Annette, my Mom and Lori. Hope you all have a great day. GB<\/p>\n
