Last night I took some melatonin to try to catch up on sleep. I think I slept almost 10 hours, 9 for sure. I’m a bit sleepy still but did sleep well. Lori was home around 7:30 last night as traffic was horrible and she stopped at her moms. I picked Ty up around 4:30 and on the way home I-70 was stopped. Luckily I backed down the on ramp at Wolcott just before the ambulances arrived and we took the frontage road home. It still took a while but was a lot shorter than sitting on the freeway. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
This morning Lori and I are off to Denver for hair appointments. Should be home by 2 or so if lucky. Nice and cool last night. I posted a goodbye message on Facebook and received a ton of likes. Just can’t do it anymore. I feel liberated even though only a day. Should have quit that crap years ago. Was just a waste of time, a waste of life. Might be good for some, but not for me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
