Last night we made it to Vail right at 6:30 for Adrianna’s birthday dinner. There were 8 of us including her two boys. The food was good and we all had a lot of fun. We ended around 9:30 and were home by 10. I was headed for Denver today but will be going down Friday instead to get the truck serviced. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Daylight Savings time is still messing with us. We’re sleeping in to like 7 which is late for us but it’s really 6. Hopefully our bodies will get adjusted soon. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
While dinner was fun, restaurants always over salt their food. This means you’re always up a few pounds the next day, ugh. That means, I’ll be at the gym for a couple hours this morning and won’t eat much, if anything, today. I will stop and get a gallon of distilled water to flush out the salt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Great day for the Broncos yesterday. We crushed it in free agency with five new guys so far and I’m sure more to come. They say we spent over $220 million yesterday alone. Good to have the richest owners in football.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
