In about 72 hours, we’ll be at the airport getting ready to board our flight for Hawaii. We’re all looking forward to sun and fun. We’re going fishing as well as all getting PADI certified in open water scuba. That’s a two day course and we have homework to do on line before we go. After we’re done with that, we can go diving anywhere in the World. We’ve been planning on doing this for sometime but haven’t been at the ocean for a good three years. Throw in lots of good restaurants, fresh fish and fruit and it’ll be a good time. We’ll also spend time with Jeffrey, my life long buddy going all the way back to when I ran the guitar shops in Seattle when I was 20. He plays with Mick Fleetwood’s band and does a lot of studio work and has been living on Maui for a good 15 years or more. He’s playing Friday and Saturday night and we’re hanging out with him. So, lots lined up, we can’t wait.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Last night, the Nuggets proved everyone wrong. All the announcers and everyone else except Charles Barkley, picked the Lakers to win. In the end, we pulled away and now have a 3-0 lead in the best of 7 games to get to the NBA Finals. Hopefully we wrap it up Monday and sweep them. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Jagger has a ton of work to do in his room today. No way we’re leaving his room the mess it is now. Tomorrow I’m in Denver in the morning and should be home early afternoon. Ty’s going with me to see Maddie and we’re picking up our scuba masks. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
