The kids are in the air on their way to Taipei Taiwan. They have a 4-hour layover there before their next flight, which is about 5 hours to Bali. This first leg is about a 13- or 14-hour flight. Makes going to Europe seem like a commuter flight. Jag texted that the plane is nice with lots of room. Asian airlines tend to be better than U.S. carriers in general. We would have put them on a different flight and had them upgraded, but that wasn’t our job. We took care of the hotel, while Ava’s parents handled the flights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
81 degrees up here in Eagle today. I have a call at 9 and Lori will go into the office for a while. Dr. B is in South Dakota as his wife’s uncle passed away and he was like a second father to her. He’ll be back around noon tomorrow. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
James and I texted back and forth yesterday. He said he misses home and us and has three days off next week so is coming home the 19th through the 21st for a mini break to reenergize. We’re going to Denver next Tuesday or Wednesday to get some of our hunting stuff in order. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Marty is a grandpa! His son and wife had a baby in Vancouver Canada yesterday morning at 3am. They’re only a couple years older than Jagger. Seems way too young if you ask me. But congrats to them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The trees are blooming and it’s getting green outside. We still might have some overnight freezes this week which is normal for the month of May. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
