Overcast outside and cooler today. Supposedly even cooler tomorrow. Fall officially started last night at 6pm. Lori is at the office today and Ty is already gone to work. I’m taking a break from the gym for two days as I have another blood draw Friday and intense exercise changes some results. My initial draw of 118 markers shows me with a Superscore of 90\/100 saying I’m very healthy. My next draw looks for vitamin weaknesses and areas that I can tweak for longevity. Crazy how a regular blood test at your doctor is really just a small snapshot of what’s really happening in your body. This program, Superpower Health, ( go to www.superpower.com) is one of a number of the more in-depth programs out there. It uses a lot of AI but has real people that you can text anytime. For as little as a couple hundred bucks, you get ten times the insight that you do from a regular blood test that shows about 20 markers. The whole idea is to catch things before they become a problem, not after they already are. I’m paying for our employees to go on the program as a benefit. There are more expensive programs out there, (Function Health, Princton Longevity, etc.) but Superpower is affordable and accredited. Check it out.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We received an email yesterday from the homeowner’s association saying we put up our Halloween decorations too early, ha ha,WTF? Another neighbor has too. Give me a break, mind your own business. Ours are staying up. I’ll be bringing this up for sure at the next homeowner’s meeting. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Made a good chuck roast last night. We’re getting low on meat in the freezer. Time to go pick up some elk from a buddy or get some more beef from the ranch down in Gunnison. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
