Good morning. \u00c2\u00a0I woke up at 4:23…it must have some thing to do with sleeping in the Mr.’s side of the bed. \u00c2\u00a0I tried to go back to sleep to no avail. Lacey wanted out at 5:00 so, we came downstairs. \u00c2\u00a0The oldest has Track and Field practice this morning…he made the team even with a broken arm. \u00c2\u00a0I had given permission for him to to hurdles and he told his teacher that I said tug of war was okay as well. \u00c2\u00a0He, the oldest told me he had said that after a fun day of tug of war. \u00c2\u00a0The Track Meet is at Jeffco Field next week which is a very big deal for these Elementary school kids. \u00c2\u00a0The Field is where the major competitions are held. \u00c2\u00a0I am really excited for him, as is he.<\/p>\n
After the boys finished all of their homework yesterday, I amended the no T.V. rule because they only have a half day of school and I had a headache. \u00c2\u00a0We watched Marvel’s Avengers. \u00c2\u00a0The movie was really well done and we all enjoyed it. \u00c2\u00a0It was straight to bed after the movie and both kiddos were fast asleep by 8:15.<\/p>\n
I’m picking the munchkins up at school at 12:15 (early release=budget cuts) and driving up to Vail. \u00c2\u00a0The oldest has to have a cast change and more x-rays to guarantee that his elbow is healing properly. \u00c2\u00a0He hasn’t chosen the color of his new cast yet. \u00c2\u00a0I’m sure it will be a bright and fun color. \u00c2\u00a0I am a little nervous to drive over the pass by myself….the Mr. is always the driver and I am always the passenger. \u00c2\u00a0I’ll\u00c2\u00a0be\u00c2\u00a0very careful. We should be home around 5 or 6 depending on how long everything takes.<\/p>\n
Gram Annette commented yesterday, but I don’t know how to copy it to the post. \u00c2\u00a0She has some doggie arthritis medicine that she is offering to send us if the Vet okays them. Thank you, Gram Annette and Betty Mae. \u00c2\u00a0I know Betty Mae will be missed and she will be in our thoughts often.<\/p>\n
We are off to Intramural\u00c2\u00a0practice. \u00c2\u00a0Have a wonderful day.<\/p>\n
