Total Mobility

We had rain last night and some snow up high. It’s a little cooler outside this morning and supposed to be a bit colder tomorrow.

It’s 6am and this morning I have to run down to Denver as I have a recall on our truck that needs to be fixed. I’m going to try to see my Mom but we’ll see how the morning goes as I need to run to the distributor to pick up some samples.

Yesterday Ty started basketball and Jag had lots of homework. He still has some to do as I just went downstairs and his lights were on, and his books and computer open on his bed. He had a rough night with lots to do and was a bit overwhelmed. Ty did receive 91% on his history test which is a great score.

Both kids phones have cracked screens and are busted so I need to stop at the phone store today. We’re so sick of all electronics and social media. Trust me, it will be the downfall of society. We’re already seeing this with sites like Farcebook being used to insight mob violence across the Country. Plus they’re censoring one candidate and promoting another. And of course, the stupid, naive public, falls for it hook, line and sinker. People are so gullible and easily led. What a joke.

Today’s post name, Total Mobility, is what our trainer at the gym calls my workout. It’s all about hip flexors and glutes and hamstrings and the largest muscle groups in your body as they’re all tied together. If your back hurts, it can have something to do with your lower calf muscle. Your glutes (butt) are the largest muscle in your body yet nobody pays any attention to them. Now I lift a lot of weights, and heavy weights, yet yesterday for 90 minutes I worked out without a single weight and was so beat and more sore than I’ve ever been. Every part of my body is sore but it’s a good sore. I’m trying to strengthen my back and core which is the main reason for focusing on this type of workout. As you get older, mobility and balance are the key to health. Wish me luck!

Lori just came down for coffee. A patient woke us up at 5;30 thinking he was leaving a message on her office phone which rings through to her cell. Time to get moving, hope everyone is doing well, God Bless.
