Busy day yesterday, which we tapped off with some fine cigars at our Thursday night fellowship. At 3 or so in the afternoon, James, Mark and I met up at the Sheriff’s Department to deliver the gift certificates. Sheriff Van Beek was super appreciative and asked if we could do a couple photos. I made eye contact with James, and he gave me the ok. So, we took some photos and closer to Christmas, when the Sheriff gives out the stuff, he asked if he could put us on the Depatments Facebook page and list the names of the other guys to thank us and I said, that’d be fine. Good feeling to help out.
I was running down to Denver this morning but as of 9 last night, Vail Pass was already closed, so it’s a no go today. Maybe an inch or so here at the house. Ty works at 10 so Lori and I will maybe hit the gym later this morning after we drop him off. Might miss our window.
Dr. B is flying home from Nepal tomorrow. What an eye opener seeing how those people live according to Lori. He’s such a good guy.
Cigar night was really fun. James leaves for Dubai Saturday, I thought it was today, but I was off a day. He’s a little apprehensive about the whole thing but going ahead with it. He’ll be in and out quick.
