The storm is over, but it brought a lot of good moisture. Guess it was the third wettest day of any February. In one day, we received more moisture than we average in the entire month. When I shoveled yesterday morning, the snow was so heavy and wet, that I had to do it in stages. Surprised my back isn’t killing me, or worse, this morning.
Last night when Ty was done with work, he decided to go stay with Madi so they could go boarding this morning. I was already up valley, so Lori brought his stuff and we met at Hovey, (his job) and dropped his stuff off. Then we headed home.
This morning we’ll head to the gym and then tonight our neighbors are coming up for dinner. Mark and I hung out for a bit. I need to drop some wine to him today that he’s giving to a close friend who owns 42 restaurants Worldwide.
Jag is doing well. Ava’s mom is coming in this morning for a few days. The girls are going to a spa today and then the three of them will go to dinner tonight. I’m in Denver the next couple days so maybe I’ll get to meet her.
James texted last night and Castor, his son, is coming with us antelope hunting. That’s great news as it’s been the four of us for the past 3 or 4 years. I told James, “great news, we now have the band back together” he replied “hell yeah”. Castor’s a good kid and it’s always fun to have him along. Happy for James that he can come. Can’t wait until next October.
Time to shovel! Not much out there but enough for me to get after it. Have a great Sunday. One week until the Super Bowl. Looks like we’re having the party here. More on that to come, God Bless.
