Meta

Ty’s turning into a fitness influencer guy. Yesterday we picked up a pair of the new Meta glasses. I knew we’d advanced technologically in the World, but had no idea. The future is here, and it’s scary. These glasses not only record anything, but if you look at something and ask what it is, it recognizes it, and then explains it and will take a photo of it to archive it if you want. He recorded his 8.3 mile run and it played it back in fast speed to us when he got home. He can upload anything and send it to his phone or a computer or whatever. I had some new wine arrive from France that is a brand new no alcohol product. These are not even in production yet, but when Ty looked at them and asked what they were, his glasses told him everything about the product down to the last detail. I don’t know how, as like I said, these are brand new. They also play music, talk to you through speakers in the glasses and more. If someone speaks to you in a different language, the glasses will listen and translate into English in real time and you’ll hear it in your desired language. Scary stuff, but really cool. They seem like some advanced military type gear. I had no idea this technology was available to the public.

Yesterday Lori and I ran to Aspen to exchange her workout clothes which were too big. We then stopped for groceries before heading home. We had a nice time just getting out and she didn’t even take her computer!

Ty works from 10 until 2 today as it’s slow around here, being the off season. Aspen was dead with most restaurants closed. Just the way we like it! No snow up here, just a little rain but I can see blue skies mixed in with the low cloud cover. We might get a couple inches tonight, but nothing compared to the front range and Denver.

We’re hoping to hear on the apartment today in Chicago. It’s been six days. I told Lori we need to keep looking until we for sure have something.

That’s it, time to get moving. Lori’s getting ready for work and I’ll head out to the gym. Have a great Tuesday and go Av’s! God Bless.
