This morning as we look outside the clouds are low. There’s a layer of fog that set in that must be no more than 100 feet off the ground. Funny how when September rolls around every year, the first signs of Fall show up.
Yesterday we went to the gym and then waited for Ty to get home from camping. He said it wasn’t much fun as his buddies are drinkers and messed around doing stupid stuff. It’s like he’s an adult now and a lot of his friends are still teenagers. They did stupid stuff like letting some air out of his tires (really pissed him off!) and wanted to go get margarita’s and Mexican food for breakfast. Not Ty’s groove these days. Oh well, people grow and they don’t always grow in the same direction. Ty is on an upwardly mobile path and a lot of his contemporaries are stuck in 2019. Good for him.
Jag studied most of the day. Lori ordered him a new couch online. My new juicer arrives tomorrow. Yesterday I made celery, apple and ginger juice, topped off with the juice from half a lemon. This is supposed to clean out your kidney, liver, pancreas and be really good for your skin, all in one glass. The combination was really tasty.
Lori works today but Dr. B and Molly are at the U.S. Open, I think in New York, (tennis) until tomorrow so she’s going in late. We’re walking the two mile loop before the gym. Time to go. Have a great last day of August! God Bless.
