Big week, finals for the boys and the last week of school. Ty is going in early today, I’m off to Denver and Lori is working in Vail. I hope to be back by 1. It warmed up yesterday to around 40 degrees. Lori took Dix for a ride and then brought her up here for a couple hours. She sat for an hour looking out the window at five deer we had here eating bird seed. Don’t think she’s seen any up close ever.
The tornado’s back East are unbelievable. How sad for those families. Locally on Friday night the spine surgeon in Steamboat crashed his plane and died 2 miles from the airport coming back from Cody Wyoming. Lori is scrambling to help out his patients as they’re all left hanging. Tomorrow is not promised to anyone, live each day to the fullest.
6:14 so time to go. Ty is leaving at 7 and Lori and I will be off shortly after him. St. Nick came last night! Hope you’ve been good as he’s watching! God Bless.
