Stepping up my workout regimen to twice a day. Doing an hour plus of weights in the morning and then another hour of cardio in the afternoon. I need to make sure I work in some rest days as when you go heavy, you have to allow more time for recovery.
Ty golfed in the morning and then went up valley and hit the gym later in the day. I made broccoli, chicken and rice for dinner, but somehow burned the rice.
We had a little rain last night and it’s a little cloudy right now. We have a dusting of snow way up high on top of the mountains. I think we’re getting more of the same on Friday.
