A week from tomorrow it’ll be September 1st! Here we go. Hard to believe it’s almost September. Things for sure will be changing soon.
Ty works all week. Lori and I are both busy too. Things always seem to take longer than they should. Ty’s saving lots of money and will probably be in California in a month.
The 2026 Cadillac Escalades are pretty damn nice! We stopped to see Dea’s yesterday on the way home from the gym. I’m tempted to make a move to one with the offer they gave me, especially since I can’t seem to get an allocation for a diesel suburban. We’ll see. I haven’t made up my mind yet.
I’m in Denver Wednesday picking up some wine and my cowboy boots from my bootmaker. I dropped them a week or so ago for some adjustments. The wine I’m getting is the stuff they didn’t have ready last week.
Anyone see the China Robot Games? Pretty creepy. This is real life Terminator and I Robot stuff. Robots are already used in military ops and other industries but soon will make their way into every aspect of our lives. Health care, hospitality, just about anything you can think of. Not a good thing as like I’ve said many times, man’s ability to properly manage its technology, is not as advanced as the technology we can create. Letting robots into our lives is like the Democrats letting the DSA (socialists) into their party. Neither will end well. We’re purposely building things that can destroy our way of living and even our lives. These things will, if they can’t already, be programmed to think for themselves. Think Skynet! Throw in AI and you have a recipe for a perfect storm. One can only imagine the World in 50 years. If you have doubts, think back to where we were 50 years ago, 1976! That’ll give you something to think about.
