Ty’s off to work here at 6:30am this morning. I need to post a picture of him as he looks like some fitness or bodybuilder model. The kid is 6’4″ and full of solid muscle. He also has those six pack abs most dream about their whole life. It’s nothing short of miraculous how he’s transformed himself in about six months. I’ve been telling Jagger to go join a gym, and that we’ll pay for it, as he’s been too busy to work out since he started work. There are so many benefits to regular exercise. Not just physically but mentally too. In fact, many doctors say the mental benefits outweigh the physical benefits. I’ll try to get some pictures up tomorrow.
Hot down in Denver today. Looks like it’ll be over 100 degrees. Smokey down there too. Glad we’re up here. We’ll head out to the gym in a bit and then need to go to the hardware store and Costco.
